- 1st Place MA1, 1st Place MA2, 1st Place MA3, 1st Place MA4, 1st Place MA40, 1st Place MA50, and 1st Place FA2 will be awarded a Berth.
All Division berths subject to change if they do not fill to at least 4 players.
