There are two pools of players playing at two courses, Sportsman Park in Clearwater and Hidden Lake Park in St. Augusta. The A Pool consists of all of the Professional divisions. The B Pool consists of all of the Amateur divisions. The A Pool will start at Hidden Lake and finish at Sportsman. The B Pool will start at Sportsman and finish at Hidden Lake. All of the A Pool and the MA1 division in the B pool will play from the long tees at Hidden Lake and play the long tees to yellow baskets at Sportsman. MA2 and MA3 divisions in the B Pool will play the short tees at Hidden Lake and short tees to yellow baskets at Sportsman.
There will NOT be a player meeting before round one. Round one will start at 8:30am. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.
All Amateurs can pick up their player pack discs at the shelter of Hidden Lake Park before the start of the second round. Thanks to Discmania for their sponsorship of the event!
At Hidden Lake, we will have side games of a ctp on hole 1 and long putt on hole 18 each round. The flags will be left by the tee pad for the first group that plays that hole to set out. At Sportsman, we will have side games of a long putt on hole 2 and a long putt on hole 18 each round. The flags will be left by the tee pad for the first group that plays that hole to set out.
Please check to see if you won the side game each round and return the flags to event staff to redeem your prize at that course immediately after your round. Elijah will be helping out at Sportsman and I will be on-site at Hidden Lake.
Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. We will have two players per card doing keeping score through PDGA live scoring. The web address for digital scoring is:

Or you can use the PDGA Live App
The event password is:

MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT & FINALIZE THE SCORES FOR EACH SCORER AFTER EACH ROUND! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP!
I have added maps of the course layouts to the pictures section of this discgolfscene event page. The course rules are as follows:
SPORTSMAN PARK
Out of Bounds - Parking lot, on or across roads, in or across river, and baseball field fence line (don't climb fence to retrieve, use gaps in fence). Take all of these OBs where the disc went out of bounds with a stroke penalty.
Mando - Mando (right) on holes 17 and 18 (for A Pool and MA1 only). Proceed to short tee for missed mando on 17 with a one stroke penalty. Re-tee for missed mando on hole 18 with a one stroke penalty.
HIDDEN LAKE PARK
Out of Bounds - Surrounded by water on holes 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17. Take your lie where it went OB with a one stroke penalty except on hole 15 where there are special conditions. The A pool will proceed to the short tee if they go ob on their drive with a one stroke penalty. If the A pool players go OB from the short tee (first drop zone) on 15, they will proceed to the designated drop zone (second drop zone) off of the path near the basket with a one stroke penalty. If B Pool players go OB from the short tee pad, they will proceed to the designated drop zone (DZ2) off of the path near the basket with a one stroke penalty. Any water on the fairway between the tee pads on hole 13 will be played as casual. On or across the walking paths are safe and not OB throughout the course. On or across the parking lot and roads are OB as well. Take your lie where it went out with a one stroke penalty.
Mando - There is a mando (left) on hole 8 just off of the tee for all divisions using a shared tee pad. If you miss the mando, re-tee with a one stroke penalty.
If there are any questions, you can always play a provisional and we can resolve any questions after the round.
There will NOT be a player meeting before round 2 either. I will send out another group email with the round 2 start time and hole assignments after the completion of round 1 with enough time to eat and travel to your 2nd round course. If no one hits the optional ace pool, that money will be rolled into the event payouts.
The Pro divisions will receive their trophies on-site at Sportsman then will be free to go. We will have a quick award ceremony for the B Pool at Hidden Lake immediately after the completion round 2 with merchandise redemption available on-site.
All cash payouts will be allocated via PayPal. Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email. Let me know if you have any questions.
