About this tournament
The South of 64 Series presented by Latitude 64 is coming to Gainesville in 2018! As winter sets in up north we'll all bask in the sun down south. This 2 round PDGA C - TIer is sure to be fun. ALL players will receive a 2018 Latitude 64 South of 64 Series Dri Fit with amateur divisions also receiving a $10 voucher to be used at the Latitude 64 RV that will be onsite! Special announcement - Additional items being added to the Recreational player pack include a scorecard clip board, and quick dry towel due to its Trophy Only play! Thanks to the Gainesville Chain Hawks and Latitude 64 this is sure to be a great event!
PAD ASSIGNMENTS:
Rec, Junior, and Intermediate Women play short pads both Rounds.
All other divisions will play longs each round.
PIN POSITIONS:
The baskets will move between rounds 1 and 2. Round 1 the baskets will be in the "B" pin position and Round 2 the baskets will be in the "A" pin position.
EVENT EXTRAS:
- $5 Ace Fund - split evenly between all aces across both rounds. If not hit during the rounds, a CTP throw-off will occur with multiple places paid out unless an ace occurs during the throw-off.
- $10 for 10 CTPs (closest to pin) - must pay before first tee-off. All divisions play the same holes. Cash is split evenly between all CTPs.
- Free lunch will be provided by the Chain Hawks after Round 1.
- Event raffle supported by Latitude 64 and the Chain Hawks. Proceeds go to club to cover lunch and donated prizes.
- Ring-of-Fire will take place after awards
- Egg Hunt! Eggs will be hidden on the course with chance to win free prizes.
