Is the Administration Donation of $5 the insurance? Or is there supposed to be another box,or was it just part of the $35. Just wanted to make sure everything is square!

The $5 was added to the fee to cover the insurance for the event. Circle1 and Crazy Sun are paying for the 10K Ace hole, not the players.

You need to have participated in two of this years G.O.A.T.S, series tournaments.

Like 2 Goats tournaments this year, or something like that.

You must have registered for two events for the season. DNFs will be the only exception.
