Welcome to GIGOGR, a series of events with the simple goal: Get In, Get Out, Get Rated. Fees are set to cover permits, green fees and PDGA fees, and leave as little as possible leftover, so player packs will be as minimal as we can make them.
GIGOGR focuses on growing the sport for women and newer players and as such divisional caps will be held until March 24 at 8:00pm, following which the waitlisted players will be added to their chosen divisions.
About April 10
A one-day, two-round shotgun start. Each round will be played with card mates in the same division, with a short lunch between rounds.
A players meeting, course layout, and info about tee times and live scoring will be emailed to the email you used to register prior to the event. There will be no check-in, in-person players meeting, or awards ceremony. Simply show up at your assigned hole at the assigned time.
About the fee structure:
$5.00 Covers permits and sanctioning fee.
$15.00 green fees for Pryde Vista Golf Course
Extra Fees: If you want to get rated at this event, you will need to be a current PDGA member. You can pay a $10 PDGA fee to play, but your rating will not be calculated until you join the PDGA.
Example 1: Lee has a 2022 PDGA membership and wants to play to get their rating updated. Lee pays $5.00 entry fee + $15.00 green fee, for a total cost of $20.00
Example 2: Alex does not have a 2022 PDGA membership and wants to play. Alex pays $5.00 entry fee + $15.00 green fee + $10.00 PDGA fee, for a total cost of $30.00
Refund policy
Bramble Bashers is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Tournament withdrawals with less than 96 hours notice will not be issued a refund. Refunds prior to this will be allowed less applicable fees.
DRAW PRIZE: 2 Night Stay at the Smith Lake Farms Tiny House
Eligibility: All participants who register and play will be entered to win. Prize will be drawn using random dot org.
Includes 2 nights free for up to 2 adults and 2 kids OR 2 adults with $20 per extra adult, per night (max 4 adults).
Includes Disc Golf and Barrel Sauna by the lake.
Pets allowed with $45 cleaning fee.
Outdoor propane fire pit available for use; bring your own propane or pay $20 to be provided with propane.
Must use in 2022.
