About this tournament

About GIGOGR:
You might have heard of us by now; simple events with the simple goal: Get In, Get Out, Get Rated. Fees are set to cover permits and PDGA fees, and leave as little as possible leftover, so player packs will be as minimal as we can make them.
GIGOGR focuses on growing the sport for women and newer players. As such, divisional caps will be held until March 20th at 6:00pm, following which the waitlisted players will be added to their chosen divisions.
About FRIDAY April 8th:
Calling all those who just can't get enough of this silly game we love to play! GIGOGR -Cheeky Weekday @ Queen Elizabeth Park is going to be a bit of a tester to see what demand is like for a Friday tournament. This event will be a half capacity tournament played on the standard full 18 course at Queen Elizabeth Park. Given the smaller field, there is a chance you will play with players from other divisions. We will do our best to keep skills similar on each card.
A players meeting, course layout, and info about tee times and live scoring will be emailed to the email you used to register prior to the event. There will be no check-in, in-person players meeting, or awards ceremony. Simply show up at your assigned hole at the assigned time.
WORDS OF WARNING:
- There is no bathroom facility at the disc golf course. There is one within a short drive or walk, but you will not be able to reach it in a timely manner during the round. Rounds will likely be short, but please take that into consideration.
- The course will not be closed to the public during this event. We don't anticipate a lot of traffic, but if there are casual groups we will need to share the course.
