Hey everyone, as we gear up for the highly anticipated 2024 Birthday Bash, I wanted to share some important info about tee times and registration..

Firstly, I want to assure everyone that I've done my best to match everyone up for tee times to the best of my knowledge. However, it's important to acknowledge that mistakes may have happened and that nothing is set in stone. We have the flexibility to move people between cards if needed. If there are any concerns or adjustments, don't hesitate to reach out to me at [email redacted] before 10PM Wednesday April 3rd 2024.

Secondly, I want to provide some insight into how tee times were generated. They were based on the registration time of the earliest registrant within the collective group. For example, if one team signed up at 8:01:01 pm on March 11, 2024, and the other two signed up on March 12, 2024, the collective team's registration time would be 8:01:01 pm on March 11, 2024. The groups are sorted based on this value and assigned in order from the earliest to the latest. This method was utilized to ensure fairness and transparency in the allocation process. We post the registration time of the group for your reference. The only exceptions to this methodology are for the TD groups and volunteers.

Thirdly, if you wish to move your group to a later time, you may do so. However, all teams on the card must agree to this change via email [email redacted] ASAP. Last year, some executive decisions were made without consulting the other card mates, causing some last-minute tee time adjustments for everyone. Deadline, once again, is 10PM Wednesday April 3rd 2024.

Lastly, please note that these current times are very fluid for the next week leading up to the event. It is very likely that the tee times you see today may change due to the registration algorithm mentioned above. We will lock them in after 10PM Wednesday April 3rd, 2024.

Is this still a member only event? It has 2023 membership listed not 2024

So if you have two partners that are both 50 at the time of the event, but were not yet 50 by the end of 2023 then they are not eligible for the century division? Seems off.
