About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a 2 round PDGA sanctioned C-Tier.
Presented by your GCDGA. We look forward to hosting a smooth and enjoyable day of disc golf for our community. Thanks to the Clermont County Parks for the hospitality.
20 holes per round. We will be playing the Original 18 Tees with the baskets as close as we can to original locations plus former hole 1 and a temp hole. The temp hole will be in the field between long 18's basket and the shelter. It will be a 200-250ft island green. We will also have a CTP on the hole. If we do not have an ace, the CTP will win half the ace fund. If there is an ace the winner will receive a $30 voucher from the club.
We are avoiding the driving range and practice basket in case someone shows up and wants to use them.
Choice of disc for Am players pack.
Please pack OUT what you pack in and remember, it’s about being competitive, but more importantly, it’s about having fun. Good luck!
At least 1 hour break between rounds.
$45 PROs
$30 AMs
$2 of each entry fee will go towards an Ace fund. All aces will split the winnings. If no aces are hit, half the Ace fund will go to the CTP winner on the temp hole. PDGA fees will be assessed from entry fees before payouts.

Refund policy
GCDGA is responsible for all refunds.
Refund Policy is as follows.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus fees.
If the request is within 2 to 7 days before the start of the event, the player will receive 100% refund minus fees, ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the spot is NOT filled, PROs will receive 50% refund minus fees. Amateurs will also receive 50% minus fees. If a Player Pack was part of the event, Amateurs will ONLY receive the Player Pack.
If the request is made within 48hrs of the start of the event, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. Exceptions may be made for extreme situations.
