This is a 2 round event.
Winter 20 Layout
Lowers first round, Uppers second round.
PDGA sanctioned C-Tier.

No players pack but larger payouts.

Presented by your GCDGA. We look forward to hosting a smooth and enjoyable day of disc golf for our community. Please pack out what you pack in!

At least 1 hour break between rounds.
$45 PROs
$25 AMs (No players pack)

$2 of each entry fee will go towards an Ace fund. All aces will split the winnings. If no aces are hit, the Ace fund will go back to the Club for course improvements. PDGA fees will be assessed from entry fees before payouts.

Refund policy

GCDGA is responsible for all refunds.

Refund Policy is as follows.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive 100% refund minus fees.

If the request is within 2 to 7 days before the start of the event, the player will receive 100% refund minus fees ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by another player from the wait list at the time of withdrawal. If the spot is NOT filled from the wait list at the time of withdrawal: PROs will receive 50% refund minus fees. Amateurs will receive 50% minus fees only if there was not a Players Pack. If a Player Pack was part of the event, Amateurs will ONLY receive the Player Pack.

If the request is made within 48hrs of the start of the event, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. Exceptions may be made for extreme situations.

Depending on the tournament player pools, the wait list may be split between Amateur and Pro.
