Lunch and Doubles Partner draft at the Screaming Goat Cafe.
1:15pm - 1:30pm
Find your doubles partner and head to your starting hole.
We will use Udisc scoring in the afternoon.1:30pm - 4:00pm
Round 2 - Doubles - Shotgun Start
4:00pm - 4:30pm
Frosty Goat wrap up by the fire next to the Screaming Goat Cafe or maybe by the fire out at the course.
4:30pm - 8:00pm

About this tournament
Come to Haute Goat and join us for the second annual Frosty Goat Singles and Doubles Day. This will be a two round tournament. We will be playing a round of PDGA sanctioned singles action in the morning and a round of random doubles fun in the afternoon. The draft for doubles will happen at lunch and be based on your morning round performance.
This event is for Pros and Amateurs, we will compete as two pools.
Goat Pool will include FA1, MA1 and all Pro Divisions
Alpaca Pool will be MA2, MA40, MA50, FA2, FA40 and Juniors. If you fall outside of these divisions please sign up for the next closest...it's only a c-tier and your rating really isn't affected significantly if you play in a division that isn't exactly perfect. We find that larger divisions are much more interesting than those with only a couple players.
Amateurs will be playing for glory and Haute Goat Pro-Shop Credit - good for disc golf merchandise, course fees and memberships.
Pros play for cash. $30 minimum value from your entry fee goes to the prizes. Payouts will be to 45% of the players as per PDGA rules.
We will also have on-course prizes fairly distributed for the amateur divisions.
Entry fee is $60 for all players. There is a $5 discount for Haute Goat members.
Please remember that our entry fees include HST.
The morning singles round will be sanctioned by the PDGA as a C-tier event. Divisions with less than 4 competitors will be consolidated with the next most appropriate division. This will be done as per PDGA guidelines and the pros playing AM rules. We will not consolidate juniors with other divisions, they can play with however many sign up.
The afternoon round will be a best disc doubles for each pool. Like last year we will set the teams at lunch, the draw will be based on your morning performance. If we end up with an odd player out they will play California Doubles rules. In the afternoon you will be playing for trophies and prizes from Haute Goat and our sponsors TinLid Disc Golf and Innova Disc Golf.
The first year was good fun and all things considered the teams were quite balanced in the afternoon.
Goat Pool will play the Big Blue Goat for singles and doubles. We may work in some of the new Gold layout features we are preparing for 2024.
Alpaca Pool will play the Short Goat by Throw Pink for singles and doubles, which has also changed a bunch since last year.
The Screaming Goat Café will be open all day but if you want lunch please make your choice when registering. We will be offering both vegetarian and meat options that come with dessert and a drink. It really helps if you order lunch ahead of time as we will have a tight turnaround between the first and second round.
We'll wrap things up back at the fire pit next to the Screaming Goat Café. You should all have time to get some refreshments from the café or one of the vendors there that day for Ye-Old Haute Goat Festive Market.
Ye-Old Haute Goat Festive Market is a big event every year and you are welcome to stick around and enjoy it. Perhaps invite your friends or better halves to meet you after. They can purchase a ticket from the Haute Goat website when available.
