About this tournament
The Dojo will be out at Munson in anticipation for Summer Shorts at Munson! Come get a warm up round in on the brand new Munson short tees!
Check-In
All players MUST check in with the Tournament Director before teeing off. We will organize and create your card, as well as communicate the rules. Players who start their round without TD confirmation are subject to disqualification without refund.
Pre-Registration CTP's
Register online or on site. Online Preregistration is preferred and will enter you to compete for 2 CTP holes if done by 8:00pm the day before the event! We accept cash, card, and Venmo on site for registration.
Course Layout
All players will play from the newly installed short tees.
Course OB Rules will be published in the "Pictures" section of Disc Golf Scene and on our Facebook Event page, linked below.
Doubles Format
Teams will play best shot, or scramble, doubles. Each player will throw from each lie and the team will choose which throw to use for their next shot. We will be using the official PDGA rules of play. Extra throws will count as practice shots which will count against your total score. Re-Buys
Teams will be able to re-buy into the event to improve their score. A re-buy has the same entry fee and will replace your team's score for better or worse. Players may not play twice with different teammates. Teams that re-buy must consist of the same players as the original team. Teams may not change divisions when re-buying. Players will only be able to enter the ace pot during their first entry, not their re-buy.
Re-Buys are a concept that has been highly requested and is new to us. The purpose is to allow teams to improve their scores, play more golf, and increase the prize purse. The payout line will not be effected nor will ace pots. We are eager to hear your ideas and feedback regarding re-buys.
Scoring
Players will record their scores via the UDisc league event. Find our event on the UDisc app and check in using the on screen button. All players must check in before creating a scorecard. You do not need a premium account to use this feature.

Doubles - $50 per team
$40 Payout
$10 Course and Tournament Fees
There is an additional and optional $5 ace pot entry per player
Ace Pot
Any player who enters into the ace pot will have a chance for a serious payday if the hit a hole in one during competition! The ace pot total for this event is TBD. If no aces are hit then the collected ace pot entries will carry over to our next North Texas Flex Start event. If more than one aces are hit then the players will evenly split the ace pot.
Flex Start Payout
$40 of each team entry fee is collected for the purse for this event. Payout will be awarded to the top 30% of each division. Payout will be top heavy, meaning winners can expect to receive a large portion of the purse. Pro divisions will be paid in cash or digitally after the event. Amateur players will win a merchandise credit to The on-site Disc Golf Dojo proshop.
Payout will be available and published to UDisc once all players have completed their rounds and after 6pm. Payout can be redeemed the day of the event or at any future Disc Golf Dojo event. Follow us on Disc Golf Scene and get notified where we are each weekend.
Am payout will expire 2 years after it is awarded. Credit awarded at this event is valid through July 5th, 2026.
Singles
We are hosting an additional PDGA Sanctioned Flex Start Singles event in conjunction with this one. For more details on Singles check out the event page linked below. Doubles and singles have separate ace pots.
