About this tournament
Welcome to the first ever Fresno Fairgrounds disc golf event! What an amazing place to be when it's completely empty. 18 holes will be played throughout the fairgrounds.
The course, the baskets and all of the fairground’s neon signs will be lit up once the sun goes down making it even more fun to play at night than during the day! Tee times range from 8:00am to 8:36pm.
This is a family friendly event, not a competition, so bring the whole family! Even people that have never played before can have fun at this event so this is a great opportunity to introduce someone you know to disc golf and grow the sport. The entry fee includes a disc to play with and keep. If your partner or kids can’t play with you they can still come out and play on the pirate ship or the playground or putt in the kids putting area or maybe play some cornhole or kickball thanks to the guys from Fresno Social Sports for no cost of admission while you play your round.
There will be food, drinks, beer and games to play after your round so bring cash. The Fresno Police Department will be there running a game with one of their radar guns. There will be disc golf apparel, custom discs and glow discs for sale at the event, as well as a raffle including prizes ranging from free rounds at two local golf courses to a pizza from Me n Ed’s to a disc golf basket or even a football autographed by David and Derek Carr.
This is a charity event and all proceeds will be donated to the Marjaree Mason Center so come out and have some fun and help us support a great cause!
