About this tournament

This is Event #1 in the 2023 Wintry Indiana Frozen Fundraiser Series (W.I.F.F.S.) All proceeds raised from this event will go directly to the 14th and Chestnut Community Center in Terre Haute, Indiana. They are a faith-based Nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of local children. This event will be 2 Rounds of 20 Holes at Deming Park, in Terre Haute.
Thank you everyone so much! We reached our Player Cap early yesterday and as a Club Decision after getting so many on the wait list we have decided to open up 10 more spots and hard cap the event at 100 players.
That said if you were on the wait list already you should have gotten an email to confirm you are now in the event.
To make sure they have fair notification on the chance of a drop we are officially going to close registration, and we are setting the final drop out time at 6:00 PM TONIGHT (Jan 6th). If you want to drop from the event, and receive a refund, your request for it needs to be submitted by this time.
That way if we do have some people back out if gives fair time to pull from our new wait list and inform them they are in. Thank you everyone who is registered, and good luck Saturday.

All W.I.F.F.S. events are PDGA Sanctioned C-tiers through the Competition Endowment Program, so there is no $10 non-member fee.
Player pack disc with a series stamp to all amateur and pro trophy only players.
SERIES FORMAT
Each player will get points based on the percentage of players in the event they beat, max of 90 points.
Each player will also receive 10 points for participating, for a total of 100 possible points per event.
Player's top 10 performances plus all participation points earned will count toward end of series awards.
Series trophies will be presented to the winners of the following divisions at the end of the W.I.F.F.S. Series:
MPO, MA1, MA2, MA3, MA4, MA40, MA50, MA60, Juniors, and Womens
These division winners will also earn a qualification spot in the 2023 Indiana State Championships.
Top overall Amateur, Pro, Lady, and Junior will each earn a paid entry into the Indiana State Championships.
