Welcome to the 2025 Foxtail Farm Amateur Championship!

This is a True Amateur Event for all Amateur Divisions.

This is a Trophy/Player Pack Only event for all Amateur Divisions.

HOWEVER, since this is an Amateur CHAMPIONSHIP, FlightPlan is adding a special payout to the top 20% of most of the amateur divisions in 2025. The following divisions will be Trophy Only: MA3, MA4, FA3 and FA4.

For this 'True Amateur' event, only the top 20% of each division will receive payout via vouchers (gift certificates) for merchandise. Payout will be through DZ Discs in Lawrence, KS. All payouts will be via gift cards that can be used in the DZ Discs store or on dzdiscs.com.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your credit to be sent to the vendor.

You will be playing 2 total rounds over 2 days on a Tee Time Schedule.

We will be using a modified layout that will be challenging, but still amateur friendly. Layout will be posted under "Documents".

FlightPlan Disc Golf will be vending onsite both days.

Lunch will be available for purchase on Sunday.

PDGA DIGITAL SCORECARD:

We will be using digital scorecards for this event. if you would like to review and research this method, please follow this link:

The access code will be given during check-in at the event.

To start your round with digital scoring you will need to go to the following link: www.pdga.com/score or use the PDGA Live mobile app.

1. You will be prompted to enter the Access Code and press the Submit button.
2. Search for your name. You can search by typing in part of your name or PDGA Number. Once your name appears, you select it and confirm. This person is now the “scorekeeper”.
3. You will be prompted to select the round for which you are currently playing.
4. The scoring screen will load with your name. The default starting hole is hole 1, so be sure to choose the correct starting hole if for some reason hole 1 is not where the group is starting (e.g. shotgun start).
5. Scores for each player will be automatically defaulted to whatever the par is for the hole that is being scored. The player can use the plus or minus buttons to add or remove strokes. When all players have the correct scores, clicking Save & Continue will upload the scores and the page will automatically reload on the hole that follows.
6. The teeing order is indicated by a number presented to the left of each player's name.

PDGA rules for 2025: Each player must keep an independent scorecard recording scores after each hole for the entire group. A player who refuses to keep score may be subject to disqualification.

FlightPlan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. A withdrawal is not official unless the player submits the request via the official registration cancelation link.

Any cancellations prior to August 8th will receive a 100% cash refund (minus a $10 Handling Fee and the DGScene Fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event from August 9th through August 14th will receive a 75% cash refund (minus a $10 handling fee and the DGScene Fee).

Any cancelations after August 14th forfeit 100% of their entry fee. Any No Call No Shows forfeit 100% of their entry fee.
