Are long pads playing from carpets or teeboxes that are just dirt. It is a little confusing out here

It just isn't clear and it would be nice to know that everyone is playing from the same pads

Are the CTPs for all divisions or just for divisions that play from long pads?

There will be four CTP's. Two for long pad players and two for short pad players. All CTP money will be evenly divided between the four CTP's
