Join us on September 22, 2024, for the Forrest Memorial Fundraiser—a day dedicated to celebrating Otis' love for disc golf and supporting the Forrest family.
- Location: Cottonwood Disc Golf Course
- Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Format: 1 round of 18 holes
- Entry Fee: $20
- Shirt: $25 (optional) limited amount!
- Acepot: $5 (If no aces are hit, proceeds go to the Forrest family)
- Mulligans: $2 (Mulligans cannot be used for Acepot shots)
Tee Sign Sponsorship: $50
