No, earliest teetime is 8am. An official (ATD, TD, i.e.) must be present on the course when players are playing. Gage will get there at 8am.

Unless there are talking about the OB grass, it should be cut. Ticks I have no clue about.

Was out there Monday and wasnt any problem with seed ticks and all grass was cut
