No. It's looking like there will also be lighting before 10am, too.

Does this likely mean delays on start times if anything?

If lightning strikes within 30 minutes of 10am in a 15 miles radius of the course, yes. Lightning should stop before then, and if not the delay shouldn't be long. Lightning does pick up again a bit after 4pm.
