Dear All,
Have some big news about 2 new Fly Wilderness Disc Golf Event contributors: Multi time world Champions, Touring pros and old friends Juliana Korver and Scott Stokely, are donating signed discs and memorabilia.
Prizes Added:
Scott is donating copies of his book “Growing Up Disc Golf”, signed Stokely Tour discs and a slot to his award winning “Complete Disc Golfer’ On-Line Course (a $1200 value). All registered amateurs , age protected divisions and below will be eligible to win this awesome prize. A drawing will be held at the award ceremony.
On top of that news, Juliana Korver 5 time world disc golf Champion, 5 time world overall Frisbee Champion and current number 1 ranked freestyle player in the world, Is donating, custom, signed discs and an autographed photos to every female player to register for the event. With additional Discs as prizes for the female division’s CTP contests.
Player Packs
Additionally player packs for all Amateurs (and below) are being put together as part of the registration package. All AMS and below will get a signed Celebrity Disc, or choice of new disc (minimum) as part of the registration. Also working with our Sponsor Chad, to include player packs for the Pro division. (Will revert). Hoping to be able to hand out something.
Lunch Included
Also Box/Catered lunch will be available as part of the registration fee for all registered players (small fee for spectators and others). Also water will be available at hole 1 and hole 12 on the course.
Reception/After Party
The reception will be a Catered event at TD’s house , refreshments, drinks and light food will be served. Activates include: Lake Side, Hole in one contest (see posted photo), Putting contest as well as WII Disc Golf Challenge. Also arcade game competition (Golden Tee, Asteroids and Buck hunter stand up Arcade games) or Foosball, darts or ping-pong will all be set up. Note the after party open to players their family and friends who attended the event . Please let me know if you are planning on eating lunch and intend to come to the after party. Want to get estimate on the numbers for each. I Have not figured how to add check box on the registration page, will do so if I can figure it out.
Parking
Event parking will be located at the Stables located near to the Wilderness Club Golf Club House. The resort is big, so shuttle service will bring you back to the entrance of the resort. Gate house parking will be reserved for press and sponsors. I will be posting a map with parking location and party location in the photo section.
Please indicate if you intend to eat lunch and/or to go the reception/after party, note this event will be held in conjunction with the Wilderness Resort Social Club.
