Thank you for joining us for our 2nd FlyRite of Passage Tournament. This is a sanctioned event at Deerfield in Cartersville, GA.

Players Pack: Choice of 1 Custom Stamped Disc from Innova. First come first serve basis may check-in early at FlyRite Disc Golf to pick up Disc at 5/20. Disc Choices are Champion Toro, Champion Firebird, Star Wraith, Star Mako3. ALSO, Quirky Goodies has donated 20% off coupons to their online disc golf apparel store (located here: https://quirkygoodies.com) for every player pack! (Coupons have not been printed yet and you will receive them on check-in of tournament day.

Prize: 1st Place in every division will receive a prize TBD. Tiebreakers for 1st will be Holes 8, 7, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 on repeat. NO TIEBREAKERS FOR ANY OTHER PLACEMENTS

Rounds: There will be 2 rounds of 21 holes each played at Deerfield (Layouts Below):

Blue/White/Red/Green Division Layouts: Standard 20 Hole Layout (Plus Hole 21)

Purple Division Layout: Blue Flag Layout (Plus Hole 21)

Raffle Items: Elephant Doorstop, Elephant Fleece Throw, Elephant Portrait

Ace Pot: Sign-up during registration ONLY. Ace Pot is through both rounds. Payout will be at the conclusion of the 2nd round. If no Aces are made, the funds will be donated.

CTP: Sign-up during registration ONLY. CTP's are through Round 1 only. CTP's per Division are as follows:

Blue = Hole 11
White = Hole 17
Red = Hole 7
Green = Hole 2
Purple = Hole 20

Refund policy

Please read this before requesting refund. We will follow these PDGA guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
