FlyRite of Passage
About this tournament
Thank you for joining us for our 1st FlyRite of Passage Tournament. This is a sanctioned event at Deerfield DGC in Cartersville, GA.
Included Fees:
- $2 PDGA Fee
- $200 1st Prize MSRP
- $25 Per Player Custom Disc MSRP
Players Pack: Choice of either Custom Stamped Glitch (Neutron Soft) or Hex (Fission). First come first serve basis at sign-in on Tournament Day!
Prize: 1st Place in every division will receive an Axiom Watermelon Shuttle Bag. Tiebreakers for 1st will be Holes 8, 7, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. If tiebreaker can not be settled by then, we will have a closest to pin to the practice basket from right beside Hole 2.
Rounds: There will be 2 rounds of 21 holes each played at Deerfield.

MVP SPONSORED RAFFLE: MVP has generously donated a Black Hole Pro to be raffled off at this tournament. Registration for the tournament will automatically enter you into the drawing and we will proceed with the drawing at the conclusion of the final round of the tournament.
Additional Raffle Items: One of our resident disc golf disc dyers, Mike Bailey PDGA#: 256269 has provided some beautifully dyed discs to help us celebrate our first annual FlyRite of Passage tournament. We will be raffling off 8 of them (4 day logos, 4 night logos) at the conclusion of the final round of the tournament.
Ace Pot: Sign-up during registration ONLY. Ace Pot is through both rounds.
Best Overall Score in the Entire Field: $50 Gift Card to FlyRite Disc Golf
CTP: Sign-up during registration ONLY. CTP's are through Round 1 only. CTP's per Division are as follows:
Purple = Hole 20
Green = Hole 1
Red = Hole 7
White = Hole 17
Blue = Hole 11

Refund policy
Please read this before requesting refund. We will follow these PDGA guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
