This event is still happening! We probably won't get to keep the sanctioning, but will run it to B-Tier standards. We will have more info in the coming days on any special procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Tentative schedule has been updated. "Remote check-in" from 8am-9am. We will likely have everyone text us when you get to the park, and then we will let you know what hole to start on.

Hi Marc l just want to let you know that my cell phone does not work at flip and I know other players have same problem maybe you can check us by the car load at the entrance.

If you need to, you can have one person check in at the table for the whole group. Or, send the text a few miles out when you still have cell phone service. We're pretty flexible on how you check in. We just want to know for sure that people will be there, just in case we have to shuffle a few no-shows at the last minute.
