Tournament refund / cancellation policy Hyzer Co. handles all refunds and cancellations. To request a refund, please contact the tournament director directly. Refund requests made up to 48 hours before the event will incur a 15% fee. - No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the event start time. - Note: DGScene & PayPal fees are non-refundable.
