FLYER DISC GOLF PRESENTS: The Flight of Fear at Arthur O. Fisher! This is a fundraiser tournament benefiting the University of Dayton Disc Golf Club to help them travel for College Disc Golf events this year.
REGISTRATION:
To register, pay the entry fee plus any add ons via Venmo (@Andrew-Watt-141) or CashApp ($andrewwatt02). The entry can be paid at any point before the event and there will be an option to sign up at the course the morning of the event. ALL PLAYERS should check in when they arrive near hole 1. There will be a brief players meeting at 9:15 where all teams will recieve their hole assignments. We will also have QR codes that will link to the course particulars. Players should choose division based on the HIGHEST rating of the partner pairing. All mixed double pairs should sign up in the GEN division. Leave a note in the Venmo/Cashapp payment letting us know what division you are registering for.
ENTRY FEES:
$12 of each player's entry fee will go to payout (cash for pros and Hazy Shade Gift Card for ams). Payout will go to top 40% of teams in each divison plus ties. $1 from every entry fee will go towards divisional CTPs and $2 will be rolled into an ace pot. If no ace is hit, the $2 will be donated to the University of Dayton Disc Golf Club. $5 from each entry fee will be donated to the University of Dayton Disc Golf Club. Please allow a day for am payout to be issued.
FORMAT:
This will be a 2 round doubles event with a spooky twist. We are bringing back the challenging BYOP layout, but with a sppoky twist! Round 1 will be best shot doubles and round 2 will be alternate shot doubles.
ADD ONS:
$5 Super CTP. The super CTP will be on hole 14 of the regular layout (may be different number during event) and will be played by everyone who pays into the super CTP pot, regarless of division. 75% will go to CTP payout and 25% will be donated to Univsersity of Dayton Disc Golf Club.
$5 Super Ace. An additional ace pot on top of the entry fee ace pool. 75% will go to ace pot payout and 25% will be donated to Univsersity of Dayton Disc Golf Club. If no ace is hit, we will have a CTP throw off for 50% of the pot.
Mulligans: $1/mulligan (max of 3 per player per round)
$5 for 6 mulligans (3 per round)
LAYOUT:
MPO/MP40/MA1/MA40/MA2 - Long Tees
FPO/FA1/FA2/MA3/MA4 - Short Tees
We will be playing a modified layout, including some of the combined holes played for the BYOP and some temp holes.
If you don't see your division listed, let me know in the comments! We need at least 2 teams to field a division.
