Flexin' JCPRD - Casual Round
About this tournament
Welcome to the inaugural Flexin' JCPRD Disc Golf Tournament! The idea originated with my own son, Seth, born with Down syndrome. His brother is a PDGA member and helped Seth learn to play and embrace the disc golf culture. Seth's love of the game developed into a Learn to Play Disc Golf session in Spring, 2022. PDGA members of the JCPRD Park Police Department partnered with us to help coach. It was a HUGE success and morphed into the excitement and organization of this Tournament. Thank you for supporting our community!
In the morning, we will host an unsanctioned, fun, one-round flex start event at Shawnee Mission Park Disc Golf Course. The flex start is from 8 am until 12 pm. There will not be any pre-registration for the unsanctioned portion. You will be able to sign up onsite.
