Flex on the Farm

This event will be a Tee Time, Flex Start, PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Disc Golf Tournament with cards of 3-4 players teeing off between 12:00 PM and 5:45 PM on Friday July 12th, 2024. This will be one round of 18 at West Sixth Farm Disc Golf Course. This event is hosted by Frankfort Disc Golf Association Inc. and awards will be presented by Bomb Discs.

Entry Fees: Ams $25. Open $35. Add $10 for all Non-PDGA members. There will not be a player’s pack for this event. All net entry fees will go directly to the payouts.

Optional Pools:
$3 Ace Pool (Full field) If an ace is not hit during regulation play, the pool will roll over to the Frankfort AMs’ Ace Pool.

Registration: This is a flex start, tee times tournament. Players are encouraged to sign up early in order for cards to gather in the weeks prior to the event. All players must register, pay and select a tee time using DiscGolfScene before starting their round. Online registration will remain open until 5:45 PM on the day of the event.

SCORING:
All players must keep score. Before round start, go to PDGA.com/scores and enter CODE “Farm24”

Payouts: After your round, you can follow live scores on the PDGA leaderboard. Once the final player for your division has completed their scorecard we will calculate winnings and post the results. AMs will be able to redeem their winnings through Bomb Discs either on-site, online or you can visit their retail location in Lexington, KY. Open players will either be paid in cash, via PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay or you may redeem your winnings in Bomb Discs’ Merchandise.

Ties: Due to the nature of a flex start, ties for first place will result in the players being declared co-champions. They will split the 1st and 2nd place (and so on) cash or prizes as will all other ties. Trophies: We will have a “Hot Round of the Day” trophy for the lowest scoring player.

NOTES:
• Players are encouraged to arrive and play as early in the day as possible to avoid end of day crowds and back-ups.
• Spectators and caddies are allowed but we ask that they sign a waiver at the tent before the round starts.
