    A Pool - Shotgun Start 9am Cody Park
    B Pool - Shotgun Start at River's Edge Golf Course is dependent on when grounds crew allows us on the grass, but will not be earlier than 9 am with 15 minutes to get to starting hole.

    Lunch(approximate time).

    All players will receive a meal ticket for lunch at River's Edge Golf Course.

    1:00pm - 4:00pm

    Round 2(approximate time).

    A Pool - Shotgun Start(time will be announced) at River's Edge Golf Course
    B Pool - Shotgun Start(time will be announced) at Cody Park

    6:00pm - 11:00pm

    Player Party - @Clubhouse

    The bar will be open for the evening, and the grill will be open until 9:00pm. The poker party will start at 7:00pm, but you do not have to play in the poker party to hang out for the evening.

    7:00pm - 11:00pm

    Texas Hold‘em tournament with a trophy for the winner. Free for tournament participants, staff, and volunteers.

    All divisions will be on a structured tee time at River's Edge Golf Course. Tees will start at 10:00am and will continue onwards in 10 minute increments. We will award division winners and payouts as divisions come in and are completed.

We will be utilizing Cody Park and River's Edge Golf Course. Divisions will be split up into two pools (If tournament entries permits) and will flip flop on Saturday between Cody Park and River's Edge Golf Course. All divisions will play River's Edge Golf Course on Sunday with tee times.

Round 1

We will allow an hour for lunch. Time will start once the last card at a given course is handed in. Lunch can be purchased at River's Edge Golf Course at a discounted price for disc golfers. More details TBD.

Round 2

B Pool - Shotgun Start(time will be announced) at Cody Park

SUNDAY:

All divisions will be on a structured tee time at River's Edge Golf Course. Tees will start at 10:00am and will continue onwards in 10 minute increments. We will award division winners and payouts as divisions come in and are completed.

Vending will conclude 30 minutes after the last card completes their round.

Pool Assignments:
A Pool - All Open Divisions, MA1, FA1, Age Protected Master Divisions
B Pool - MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4, Age Protected Junior Divisions

Playoff:
Sudden death holes 1-18

If you are wanting to play in a division that is not currently provided on Disc Golf Scene please reach out and we will get it added.

$5 Ace Fund - If no ace is hit during the event, players will throw off for the ace fund. If an individual/individuals hit the ace throw off, they win ⅔ of the ace pot. If no one hits the ace throw off, then it comes down to the CTP. The closest to the pin wins a guaranteed ⅓ of the ace pot. If the closest to the pin is a Disc Gauntlet Bag Tag holder, they win ⅔ of the ace pot. Tag must be present to collect the 2/3 ace pot.

Refund policy

Disc Gauntlet is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. 100% refund up to 15 minutes before the designated tee time.

Refund & Waitlist
Our refund policy allows players to contact us up until 15 minutes before the designated tee time for a full refund. If no players drop out of the event before the designated time all waitlist players will receive a full refund.
In the event a player has not checked in by the designated time we will allow players to be upgraded from the waitlist to the active player list taking the spot on the card of the player who has not arrived.
