The Black Swamp Open is the first of many tournaments hosted by our areas new Club, Black Swamp Disc Golf. This will be cash payout for all divisions and trophies will be awarded for the winner of each division. Memberships for our club will be available for purchase the day of the tournament for $30. With your membership purchase you will receive an embroidered polo with the club logo, club bag tag, a mini disc with our club's logo and the opportunity to be part of a club to benefit our area. The first 50 to register for the tournament will receive a First Annual Black Swamp Open bag tag in addition to the bag tag you'd receive with your club membership. If you choose not to purchase a club membership and would like to play the tournament there will be a $5 fee that will go towards helping improve our parks.

BSDG is a club located on the border of south east Michigan and north west Ohio. The purpose of our club is to improve all aspects of disc golf in our local area. We maintain/improve courses and run local leagues and tournaments in both states. Anyone is welcome to join BSDG and 100% of your membership purchase goes to the club to improve our area. Open will play 2 rounds from the longs
Am1 will play 1 round from the longs and 1 round from the shorts
Am3 will play 2 rounds from the shorts
Women will play 2 round from the shorts

There will also be side games and lunch catered by Hot Head Burritos for $5 a meal. Side games include a CTP, Long distance competition and the ring of fire. CTP throws will be $5 for 3 throws or $10 for 7 throws. Top 3 closest win a prize and the closest wins a new basket! Long distance competition will be $1 per throw and the winner gets 3 discs of his/her choice from the options available.

Great run tourney fellas. Upon looking at the scores I do believe there was a error entered for my second round score. It says I shot an 84 but I do believe the was the score above mine on the card and I shot a +6 which would only be a 78. I will double check my shadow score card after work today. If you could please double check that for me that would be great. Keep up the good work and thanks for running such a smooth tournament.
