I withdrew last night with Manny Arias (team Bifocal Bastards) from AM and received a email for refund but never got one? He received his this morning.

If a team drops you will be in the event. If nobody drops you will not play the event and get a refund.

Hi, I just got refunded for withdrawing from the tournament, but my partner, Shane Rascati, would also like to withdraw. He is not getting a withdraw option on his end, as I paid for him. How should we go about this so that I would get refunded for his portion?
