Firefighter's Finale
About this tournament
UPDATED: December 30, 2024 - All information below subject to change leading up to the event. Please check back closer to the event for updated information. Thank you!
This years' event will be the 20th Firefighters Finale!
Tournament and league awards party.
The tournament is OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS.
PRE-REG is available and helps the staff, but we will also be accepting walk-up registration the morning of the event.
Lots of food for all who come out. Similar to previous years, we will grill dogs, burgers, and brats with all of the fixin's for between rounds and after the second round, Plenty of snacks, sides, soft drinks, and deserts to go around. Feel free to bring desserts or snacks to share!
We will be playing 2 rounds of 18 holes. Most will play the regular tee pads and baskets. There may be a short pad for women and AM4 on hole 18.
Any remaining money from the 'regular' league ace pool will carry into the tournament, and any money left after the tournament will carry over to next year's league (that means no playoff for the ace pool). $250 limit for each ace.
We expect the league awards to happen around 3:30-4:00 in case you cannot make it for the tournament. This year's league awards will be based on points only. Top 2 in each division will win a prize. We also have prizes for Most Improved and Most Dedicated. All league prizes are restricted to members who played at least twelve weeks this year.
Show up any time to collect your league membership package. Also, this will be the last chance to collect league prizes for the year.
There will be awards ceremonies for the tournament after both rounds have been played. On-site payouts for plastic.
There will be awards for the league Champions following the event awards.
Motor City Chain Gang is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
