Hi all, the city does not have an all clear on pavilion reservations during the phasing in process. I will post more information as I get it.

CHECK IN AT THE PAVILION BEFORE THE PLAYERS MEETING (0815) OR FORFEIT YOUR SPOT!
THE BOARD WILL BE SET THE NIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT.
WE WILL ADD PEOPLE FROM THE WAITLIST IN THE MORNING.
WAIT LIST PLAYERS WILL BE INSERTED INTO THE NO-SHOW CARD ACCORDINGLY.
Based on the registered players, we will do our best to make all of the groups divisional. In some cases, we may have to mix divisions within groups. We will only do this when divisions have odd numbers.

Groups of 100 allowed on June 1st. Canceled too early?
"Outdoor crowds of up to 100 people are allowed, effective immediately, Whitmer said. Outdoor fitness classes, athletic practices, training sessions and games are allowed as long as coaches, spectators and participants not from the same household can maintain a distance of six feet from one another at all times, the AP reports."

Hi Mike, I just passed out over 160 refunds for the USADGC. It was no fun. I am hoping to hear news on group sizing and what will be allowed so I may even delay the reg until the Governor issues her next executive order. Hi John, thank you for the reply. I figured it was related to the stay at home order. I was just hoping to learn more info. Have you considered opening cashless pre reg while not allowing people to register themselves? It would people to begin making plans while also preventing you to need to hand out refunds. Again, thank you for the reply and the information. Hope you are well.

Troy is not permitting any organized play until they are staffed and can maintain the bathroom facilities. There is little we can do here at this point. Sorry.
