    Multiple power strips will be available to plug in crocks etc.

    Round 2 Shotgun Start (Approximate time frame) Start 45 min after last group comes in for lunch.

    4:30pm - 5:30pm

    Awards. If electronic scoring is working in Udisc, I should be able to resolve ties and start with awards like CTPs/Long Putts about 30 min after last groups are in.

    7:30pm - 8:30am

    Check In - Pick Up Players Packs - More choices early.
    2 Towns Touches for all players 4 colors to choose from.

Annual Celebration of the Adair Disc Golf Course, hosted by the Willamette Disc Golf Club. We will be adding 3 or 4 holes to the Adair Winter Layout that incorporate tournament central located at the picnic shelter similar to recent years.
I'm hoping we can have Udisc fully functional for scoring the event to make the whole scoring/validation process so much easier.
Play It Again Sports it sponsoring Festivus and handling scrip with ability to redeem site or redeem at their store in Corvallis.
2 Towns Cider house is sponsoring the event again this year and we will work out details of food and beverage options. Food options will be limited.
There will about an hour lunch break between the two rounds, only 45 minutes for last group in. Some playing groups will be limited to 3 players to try balance speed of play.

Am players packs will include a custom stamped Innova disc. Star TL3s, Chargers, & few Rollos, also Galactic XT Jays are ordered. I will also have fundraiser disc available for sale when I get them in Mid-January. Halo Terns, Color Glow Champ Leopard 3's, Color Glow Nexus Fireflies ordered.
DISCONCEPTS Kent Wool socks while sizes last in registration. Kent Wool socks are pitched as the #1 sock in golf. (for ballers). Made in Greenville, SC. For Ams that I run out of sock sizes, players will get $15 credit/gift card to Play It Again Sports.
All players will get Towches (pouch shaped towels) with the event logo on one side and 2 Towns Ciderhouse logo on the other side.
I'm still trying to figure out a trophy plan. I'm open to ideas and support, I prefer them to be a useful item vs. something only for display. It may be pretty minimal this year with nice players packs, and allow more for payouts.
