Thanks for a great event.
More holes on day one would be an awesome adjustment. Love endurance golf…. 38 holes. AWOL, Cut and Wreck

I missed online registration. Is it possible to register and pay tomorrow morning?

I signed up Shaun Ottum in MA40 on accident. Can you put him in MP40 and I'll send over the difference.

Hi! Are you guys experiencing mosquito or tick problems up there? McCall (home) is crazy with mosquitos right now and our crew had ticks after playing Eagle Island by Boise last week. Just wondering what level of bug protection we need for us and our dogs this weekend. Thank you!!!

We just played at Farragut and no mosquito problems. And no spray. The only ticks I've come across so far were in our house lol. I think my dog brought them in from our yard. Nasty. Both on me. One in my bed and one on the couch. Disgusting!

Caliber is another story for mosquitoes! Are you just playing in july? They might not be that bad by then. But prepare!

Lauren Bevill   June 16, 2023 at 2:53pm

Thank you, Jennifer! I understand the tick "yuck"--both Riley and Dan had them after playing Eagle Island on Sunday. They're the worst! Glad to know we don't have a big worry this weekend. :) See you tomorrow!

Per the rules for pdga events, I understand that under normal circumstances if someone withdraws from an event within 14 days, they can subject to fees and less%...this is not a standard scenario, since the event format has changed after registration was open and players chose to sign up based on the original information.
I would like to withdraw from the event please, with full refund, do to the special circumstances surrounding the changes..vs.. dropped out by my own accord.

As I previously stated full refunds would be issued if made within 48 hours of the event. Please request a refund via your registrations page.

Thank you

Is there a minimum number that will move on to Sunday? Some divisions only have 2-4 people in those cases you could podium but not play the final?

That's a great question. We'll provide an email clarification today, but the intent is that divisions of less than 6 players would all play the second sanctioned round. Thanks for the question!

Any discounts on camping?

Not that I'm aware of for this event.

I am curious, why have a 50% cut for the final round?

After the format changed it was an issue. The original format I signed up for, was what I was expecting. Nothing more then wanting to get an adequate amount of play for my money.

Jeremy "Medium Jerm" Sauve   June 13, 2023 at 4:46am

But to the tournament staff, I am sorry for causing any inconveniences and I mean no ill will towards anyone or the event. I hope it goes well for everyone else. Just wasn't up my alley at this time.

I agree, my complaint of the cut is after the changes were made. I knew there was one when I signed up for the original format.

So 1 round of 21 on Sat and 1 round of 31 on sun?

Jack Griffing   June 10, 2023 at 4:28am

For players who make the cut (top 50% of each division), yes. For those who don't, there is an optional 54-hole ace race at Little Black Bear on Sunday instead.

Hey there, so I’m seeing that the tournament poster says Saturday will be two rounds of 18, then the 31 hole loop on Sunday. But then it looks like the description points towards Saturday being two 10 hole loops, with the 31 hole loop on Sunday? Just wondering which one it is, thanks.

1 round of 21 holes on Saturday, then 1 round of 31 holes on Sunday.

Jeremy "Medium Jerm" Sauve    April 10, 2023 at 2:02pm

Which courses will be used for this event? I realize the 29 hole loop will be a mix, but I am curious what 2 courses will be played on Saturday. Thank you

Format change occurred 5/31 and players signed up were notified via email.

Yosef Krajewski   June 11, 2023 at 11:51pm

It is 2 loops. 1 loop of 10 holes and 1 loop of 11.

Jeremy "Medium Jerm" Sauve   June 12, 2023 at 3:58am

That's not the same as 2 loops of a full layout, ie 2 rounds
