I withdrew from the tournament yesterday, I was wondering when I'd receive my refund?

I can not give you a refund until after the tournament due to the rules from the PDGA. if someone does not take your spot you get 25% but if someone does then youd get the full refund so I am waiting until after the tournament starts in order to know the correct amount to give you and the other withdrawers.

Is this course open this week to practice on, or will it only be available during the tournament?

Only during the tournament the park owners use the park for various events such as weddings concerts and drive in movies. course will be setup the morning of the tournament
