First I would like to say I had a fun time playing the course, quite challenging especially in wind. I was curious about the OB and hazards on the course. I assume that all roads, concrete, sand pits, and water is either OB or hazard?

You would be correct! Sand traps play as hazards, golf greens play as OB, and on or over asphalt cart paths play OB everywhere at least for the time being.
