Fairbanks Open

Welcome to the Fairbanks Open (previously the Battle at Birch) - the farthest North sanctioned disc golf tournament in Alaska. Although we have changed the name the format will stay the same with four rounds of challenging disc golf at the Birch Hill DGC on Saturday and Sunday. The Battle has had a spectacular two year run with players from all over the state joining us for Fairbanks' biggest disc golf event of the year. In preperation for a new UAF course that will be ready for next summer we decided it was best to change the name to better reflect the future of our August tournament. Regardless of the change in name, it will always be a battle! All amateur divisions are available if enough players sign up and we look forward to seeing you there!
