Rockburn Virtual Charity Bowl - Feb 1st-Feb 7th
About this tournament
Players can register anytime through the 7th at 1700.
Participants may play their round anytime between 0800 on February 1st and 1700 on February 7th. Preferably you will play with another player but it's not required. Submit your best complete round. Scores should be kept on Udisc and a screenshot emailed to me at [email redacted]. If you are still living in 2007 you may email me a pic of your paper scorecard. I will however giggle when I look at it regardless of your actual score. You can also text me the udisc scorecard if you are technically savvy. Final standings will be posted here after the tourney completes.
There are ratings based divisions for this charity event. Sign up for the appropriate division based on your current Association rating. If you do not have an Association rating congratulations on making a wise disc golf career move. Choose the division your friends are playing. If you do not have friends, or friends that play, then simply pick whichever color you like best. It is a charity event. Do not overthink this.
The Gold, Blue and White divisions will play concrete tees to the white baskets. The Red, Green, and Purple divisions will play concrete tees to the red baskets.
This is a trophy only charity event regardless of division. First place in each division will win a soon to be designed custom Rockburn hoodie. When you register you will be asked for your "t-shirt" size. This simply tells me what size hoodie to get you in the event you win your division. All of the non prize (hoodie) money will be donated to the Maryland Food Bank. Second place wins nothing because second place is for losers. Minimum 3 players per division as per usual, though i may make an exception for 2 if needed.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, but be advised that Hawk may draft the actual response to your question. You have been warned.
