About this tournament
We welcome all players to the 2022 Ettyville Super Spin Championships. ALL PDGA current members are welcome to register. The event will be run as a PDGA A-Tier and includes $3000 added to the Professional payouts, as well as great player’s packs. Camping (for a fee) over the course of Championship weekend will be available during your registration checkout process. The Championships will operate through tee times on the Innova Island Dunes and Prodigy Dream 18 courses. 2 rounds being played Saturday and 1 round Sunday for AM divisions and 2 rounds for Open Divisions. This provides a daylight contingency for Saturday and Amateurs to finish early for pack up, travel, and Open spectating.
Registration: Registration will be staged beginning April 11th at 9 pm. Please refer to the registration schedule and criteria. We are going to allow a 24hr period where registration will be PDGA rating based, then rating restrictions removed, then Pro / AM Caps removed, then all division caps (while respecting the total player capacity). You will notice pre-registered sponsors and/or Ettyville Super Spin Club members.
Waitlist: There will be a $10 non refundable waitlist fee. We are establishing waitlists for each division based on size. When caps are removed, we will process waitlist persons accordingly. Promoted players We will also operate a “Waitlist lottery”. If / when the event sells out, we will draw and promote one person from ALL the waitlists into the event. There will always be hope.
Camping: Camping is available for players and up to 3 guests. Camping guests must not be a disturbance to the players. Those disturbing will be asked to leave. Player are responsible for their guests.
Pets: No pets are allowed. People arriving with pets will be directed to local kennel options or accommodations. Please leave the pets at home. No exceptions.
Food: Food options is still TBD. Our plan is to operate a BBQ/Canteen or have food truck(s). Stay tuned but know “lunch” is not included in your registration fee.

Refund policy
The Tournament Director is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 60 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $15 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 30-59 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $15 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 29 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 50% cash refund minus up to a $15 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
