We are inside a week until the event so I wanted to post a few quick announcements. The course is being painted today and course particulars will be shared here later today or tomorrow. I will also send them in the player's email on Friday. Layouts for both tees can be found on UDisc, and course particulars are also available in the hole notes on the UDisc layouts.

A big thanks to Hazy Shade for helping with player's packs for this event! Each player will receive a full art Buzzz. We are throwing it back a little bit with a retro stamp from Hazy Shade's flagship BYOP event. Make sure to check out their store while you're in the area!

One final announcement is that, unfortunately, the awards we ordered for the top performers are on backorder and will most likely not arrive in time for the weekend. Captains: if one of your teams or individuals finishes 1st place in their division make sure to get in touch with me. We will figure out the best plan to get your awards to you. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Other than this small hiccup, it looks to be a great weekend for some disc golf!

Can you please edit the PDGA rating limitations? We have 2 members that are above the 970 threshold and it is preventing us from registering.

I was curious why there is a fee to play in this event. It does not seem like there is a players pack. Previous conference events have been $0 entry or included a player pack.
