Join us Saturday March 31st for friendship, fellowship, and disc golf!
Redeemer Park will be hosting this non-sanctioned skins match as a benefit for Eleanor Park Disc Golf Course. All proceeds will go directly to course improvements. The entry fee for the event will be $20. Players may preregister online or pay cash the day of the event. The entry fee includes a pancake breakfast served at Redeemer Church as well as a disc of your choice from Disc Golf Sports Center. Players may select a Vibram disc of choice OR they may opt for $10 store credit which may be used on anything in the shop.
Breakfast will be served from 9:00AM to 10:30AM. A players meeting will follow and participants may select their card mates as long as there are three or four players on each card. Tee off is scheduled for 11:00AM on Redeemer Blue. This will be skins format. Each hole is worth one "skin" and these are earned when a single player wins a hole outright. Any ties "push" to the next hole and mount until a hole is won by a single player. The player first to ten (10) skins or the player with the most skins at the end of the match wins. All card winners will play a final nine on Redeemer shorts #1 - #9 and prizes will be awarded to the top two finishers.
Two additional prizes will be awarded during the skins match on Redeemer Blue in the form of a closest to the pin (or CTP) contest and a longest putt challenge. The CTP will be set up on #3 to award the player with the best drive. A putting challenge will be posted on #5 to award the player with the longest putt of the day on the elevated basket. Join up for a fun and casual event that will raise funds for a good cause! Please contact your tournament director for any additional information.
