Tournament refund / cancellation policy Bob Kulchuk is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will follow the PDGA withdrawal and refund policy. If the event is cancelled due to COVID or other local, state, or federal requirements, $10 of each registration will not be refunded to cover event set-up costs.
