Hey folks.
Sorry about not getting things done yesterday. Had a list of Mother's Day "to-do's" and had no time for a random drawing video. I will be going live this afternoon on the AD Youtube Channel and will be posting the link here later.
AM and Pro payouts will be heading out today as well.

Payouts for all divisions will be coming in the AM.
As much as I am trying, I can't focus. I am beat up tired folks. I love you all but sorry I will get all the payouts done in the AM. I want to make sure it's right.. so I apologize and will get them out in the AM to everyone.

Divisions with 4 or Less will not find a CTP Flag at their Hole CTP Tee.
These divisions will keep track of their 2 Round CTP Players.

Remember Folks. There is no Player Check In.
My TD Central will be a small EZ Up by Hole #19 near my Car.
2 Minute Horn - 9:13am
Tee OFF Round 1 - 9:15am
If you miss Tee Off, you will receive a Par plus 4 Strokes for every Hole You miss. There is no Replaying them.
Please make sure at least 1 Player is taking Scores on PDGA.com/SCORE
I have a small handful of Paper Scorecards at TD Central.
Player Packs can be picked up throughout the Day.

Please remember that Player Pack Pick Up will be all day long. I will be posted up at Hole #19 all day to welcome you and answer any questions. ALL Players will receive a Player Pack and I have a check list to help keep track.

Due to the Park Road Gates being Opened between 8:00 and 8:15am - I want to insure you all have enough time to get settled in and time to get to your holes and a few practice throws in.
I have adjusted the Tee Time to reflect this.
I have moved it up to 9:15am TEE TIME
2 Minute Warning will be at 9:13am
This should reflect shortly on the PDGA Page.

If you need to get in prior, there is a small parking lot near the Avalon Country Club which is on the outer perimeter of the park by the Tennis Courts off Forker BLVD.

No problem, I will be set up at Hole #19, which is in our Practice Grove and isn't a Numbered Hole. It's a Temp Hole. Right when you get to the course at the main parking lot. I will have an EZUp Set up with Orange Disc Golf Signs. My number is also on the PDGA Page if you need to text me directly.

That is completely up to you. Being the WGE, I allow ladies to play in Single Player Divisions. If you want to move down, and your rating allows it, I don't mind. Completely up to you.

Currently we are at 76 Players. If we do happen to get someone dropping prior, the spot will open at a first come first serve basis. At this point I don't want a waitlist to refund later.
Hey Baleigh, I had to wait until DD opened today to have the Payout Codes approved and paid for before they are valid. I didn't want that to cause confusion. I can refund you over the $5, sorry I forgot. Main reason I rely on they DGScene system for Refunds and or Divisional Changes. I will get that over to you today when I finish up the Payouts.
