About this tournament
$3,000 added merchandise
This is the Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour stop #6. This tournament will consist of three rounds of 18 holes. Two rounds on Saturday, May 17 and a final round on Sunday, May 18. All rounds will be a shotgun start format. Each competitor will play the Beaver and the Coyote courses at Lester Lorch Park. Only concrete tee pads will be played. Pin positions for this event will be released as soon as they are available. There is a strict player cap of 180 players. Registration opens Friday, March 7, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m.. Divisions with zero entries will be deleted on Monday, May 5, 2025. All waitlists will be consolidated on this day if applicable. Division caps may be adjusted to cater to waitlists as well.

Last day to sign up to receive the full player's pack is Monday, April 10 by 7:00AM.
Registrants who sign up after will not be guaranteed a full player's pack, but they will receive a voucher in the retail value of the items they did not receive to make sure they get the same value as everyone else.
All podium finishers (1st-3rd) will be awarded their trophies at the Dynamic Discs RV at Lester Lorch Park once all scores have been verified and submitted after the final round. We will not ship your trophies to you. You must come and pick them up at the DD RV.

2025 Texas Amateur Championships Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT!!
- Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
- Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID
required.
- Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
- Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
- Wait list players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund minus the
processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or submitted through Disc Golf Scene registration or email only.
- Any cancellation before April 28th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing
fee.
- Cancellations between April 28th through May 4th will receive a full cash refund minus
a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not
filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations from May 5th through May 11th will receive a full cash refund minus a
$10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled
you will receive a 25% cash refund.
- Cancellations after May 11th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee
ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no
refund.
- Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
