    9:00am - 6:00pm at Will Hair Park

    BYOP (Bring your own partner) Doubles event. This is a flex start event, meaning you and your partner may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have another team to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $40/Pro Teams
    $30/Amateur Teams
    $10/Team optional ace pot

    No more than two teams per card. All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next BYOP Doubles if no aces are hit. 18 holes.

    9:00am - 6:00pm at Will Hair Park

    Singles PDGA C tier from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This is a flex start event, meaning you may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have no less than three and no more than four players in a group to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $20 for all divisions
    $10 Non PDGA fee
    $5 optional ace pot

    All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot starts @ $2,000. The ace pot rolls over to the next Singles event if no aces are hit. 18 holes.

    Early player check-in for the Abilene Wild Hair will be from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. It is recommended players check-in on Friday if already in town.

    Start time dictated by the end of the first round of each pool

    There will be a 1 1/2 hour lunch between rounds

    PDGA digital scoring will be used during all three rounds of play. The passcode for live scoring is WILD.

    2:00pm - 5:30pm at Will Hair Park

    Second round tee times begin 1 1/2 hours after the first round concludes from each pool. 2:00 p.m. is an estimation and is not a guaranteed start for any one pool.

    Player's Party @ Play Faire Park!! 2 Miniature golf courses, 2 live bands, great atmosphere and it's BYOB!

    Any sudden death tiebreakers will begin immediately after the final round on Sunday. The Course Director will advise those involved in a playoff when it will start. All Sudden death playoffs will begin on hole one of the course you began on Sunday unless the course director states otherwise.

    Trophies will be handed out at the course at which you finish your final round. Awards ceremony at Tournament Central once all scores are finalized and payout has been uploaded.

This event will be three rounds of shotgun start. Two rounds on Saturday and one round on Sunday.

Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2022
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
