    9:00am - 6:00pm

    Dynamic Discs BYOP Doubles at Mae Simmons. This is an unsanctioned doubles flex start. The cost is $20 for Amateur teams and $30 for Pro teams. There is an optional ace pot which is $10/team. The ace pot starts at $330! No more than two teams per card. All cards will play long tees. Last tee off for this event is 6PM.

    9:00am - 6:00pm

    Dynamic Discs Flex Start Friday @ Mae Simmons. This is a Flex Start PDGA C tier. The cost is $22 for any division. If you are not a current PDGA member there is an additional $10 temporary member fee. There is also an optional ace pot for $5. The ace pot will start at $715!!!! No more than 4 players to a card, and no less than 3 for course flow purposes. All long tees will be used. Last time to tee off is 6PM!

    12:00pm - 7:00pm

    Early Check-In/Late Registration starts for Big Arms on the Brazos. only 100 shirts were ordered for amateur players. First come first served for event shirts. Dynamic Discs Will be set up at Mae Simmons all day for Friday events and early check-in.

    6:30am - 7:45am

    Late Check-in begins. Tournament Central is at Mackenzie Park Saturday and Sunday. If you received your player pack on Friday at Mae Simmons, you do not need to check in again.

    Player meeting begins. Start time for the first round is unknown until the player meeting is complete. There will be a one hour lunch between rounds. Orlando's Italian will be catering at Mackenzie park for all players for lunch! Round 2 tee time will be announced once the last card of the first round has been turned in for each pool. Each pool will most likely have separate second round tee times. We will announce this on the facebook event page, onsite, and the Lubbock Wind Riders facebook page. Join us for drinks and fun at Mackenzie Park after the second round is complete!

    The third and final round begins for all divisions. Hole assignments will be at the course you play on Sunday. the start horn will sound at 8AM sharp. Don't be late! After the third round there will be a final showcase of the the top Open Men's winners. Following will be awards and a raffle!

Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2018
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2018 season, it may change for specific events.
