› Registrants must be current PDGA members through 2025.

The total amount collected with this option goes to the player(s) who hit a hole-in-one during the event. If no ace (hole-in-one) is hit, this ace pot will roll over to the next Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour sanctioned tournament.

This is a tee sign sponsorship. We will have a tee sign made for you and place it on the course for the event. All proceeds benefit the tournament. Please send a logo/wording to [email protected]. If nothing is sent, we will make the tee sign in your name.

This option expired January 27 at 7:00am CDT

This raffle is good for any of the remaining events in the 2025 Dirty Dozen Tour. This raffle will stay open until the second round of the event begins on February 16th. After the second round begins on February 16th, we will announce the winner of the raffle via FB event page, email, and in the "about" section of each of the registration pages for the 2025 Towne Lake Pro/Am. The raffle winner will be decided by digital random draw.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2025

*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email protected]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee if your spot is not filled at the time of refund request. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2025 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to withdraw due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
