    There is an hour and a half lunch break between rounds. Lunch begins once the last scorecard is turned in/verified/submitted from the first round. Second round start time will be announced onsite as well as the Facebook event page and via email.

    Awards will be at tournament central (DD RV) immediately following the second round once all scores have been turned in. Trophies provided by ChainBombers.

    IF NO ACES ARE HIT, There will be a CTP for the ace pot at the conclusion of awards for those who paid into it!

About this tournament

New event date Sunday, June 8th!

This is the 10th Annual Miss McKinney. This is a women's only PDGA B Tier event. There are 90 spots available for this event. It is a one day, two-round shotgun start event for all divisions (Pro/Am) available. Each division will play the Alex Clark DGC twice. All registrants will play the regular Alex Clark Layout twice. Registration opens March 28, 2025 at 6:00PM! Please email [email redacted] with any additional questions.

All division caps and waitlists will be reconciled/condensed as much as possible beginning the Monday (6/2/25) before the event. You can ask questions about it before then, but the answer is right here.

All first place trophies will be awarded out at Dynamic Discs RV at Alex Clark Memorial Park by hole 1 once all rounds have been completed. We will not ship your trophies to you. You must come and pick them up at the DD RV.

Refund policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2025

*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee if your spot is not filled at the time of refund request. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2025 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to withdraw due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
