About this tournament
This is the Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour stop #8. This tournament will consist of two rounds of 18 holes in one day. Each competitor will play the Bicentennial Disc Golf Course. The first round will be from the long concrete tee pads. The second round will be from the short concrete tee pads (EXCEPT MA3/FA3 and Junior divisions - these divisions will play both rounds from the short concrete tees).This will be a shotgun start format. This will be the same for both Saturday and Sunday of competition. All advanced, recreational, and junior divisions will play on Saturday, September 14, 2024. All pro and intermediate divisions will play on Sunday, September 15, 2024. There's a strict player cap of 90 players each day. ALL AMATEURS RECEIVE A $10.00 VOUCHER FOR THEIR PLAYER PACK AT THIS EVENT
Divisions with zero entries will be deleted on Monday, September 9, 2024. All waitlists will be consolidated on this day if applicable. Division caps may be adjusted to cater to waitlists as well.

All first place trophies will be awarded out at the Dynamic Discs RV at Bicentennial Park at the Dynamic Discs RV once all scores have been verified and submitted. We will not ship your trophies to you. You must come and pick them up at the DD RV during the awards ceremony.

Refund policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2024
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee if your spot is not filled at the time of refund request. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2024 season, it may change for specific events.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to withdraw due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
