Hello Disc Golfers!
Thanks so much for choosing to play the Northwest Arkansas Open this weekend. It means a lot to us. It's been a crazy year and things aren't optimal but we have worked hard to get everything ready and we hope you all have a great time. Please read this email in its entirety. We will be updating everyone via email if we need to add anything, I forgot something (which I'm sure I did), or if something crazy happens.

AN ALL DIGITAL EVENT:
There will not be "board" for this event. All scores, hole assignments, start times, ect will be on the PDGA event page. Your starting hole/tee time will be posted each night before 8:30 p.m.

Score Keeping:
Each card will have 2 players keeping score. One person will be keeping score on the PDGA digital scoring page. A second player will keep score on a paper card. The paper cards can be picked up at the tournament central of your course. This is just a checks and balances type thing. The paper card does not need to be turned in! It's just to double-check the player keeping the score on the PDGA scoring page. EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD!!! YOU'RE ENTIRE CARD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!! CHARGE YOUR PHONE! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER!!!!!!To keep score on the PDGA scoring page, go to:

Water:
We still are not allowed to put out communal water jugs because of the PDGA COVID-19 Guidelines. That means each player will be in charge of their own hydration. Bring water and make sure you stay hydrated.

Spectators:
Spectators will be allowed this weekend but all spectators MUST WEAR A MASK. Caddies and players do not. If you are spectating and not wearing a mask you will be asked to leave. Please don't screw up our relationships with the cities by not following their rules.

Pro Payout:
Pro payout will be issued via Paypal. If you signed up for the event with an email address that is different from your Paypal address, please reply back with your Paypal address. This is the first time we've had an event of this magnitude so we are paying an accountant to do the financials of this event. That means payout may process a little slower than normal. PAYOUT WILL GO OUT NO LATER THAN TUESDAY NOVEMBER 24TH!!! We hope to have it out much sooner but we want to give ourselves enough time to process everything.

Payout for the Am Side:
AM payout will be done at the Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas Store in JB Hunt Park. We are hoping to have AM payout ready 20 minutes after the last card is turned in from your division. Payout will be found here once the event is up and running:

OB Sheets:
OB sheets will be available in 3 different places. OB will be listed on the digital scoring page, on the google doc located here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Lj9uW6JY86zHNgjn8iLuiuxc-UYMECn3AUfmNUolgcs/edit?usp=sharing, and via paper copy, if you swing by the DDNWA store. Please read the OB before you throw a hole. If you have any questions about how to play a hole, play your provisional and bring it back to us after the round.

All the pinball/ski ball games will be sent on free play for us the entire night. There is a cash bar as well as many new and old classic pinball games. FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN WHILE PLAY THE MACHINES AND ORDERING DRINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It should be a good time so come on out.

Saturday Night:
We have one of the hottest bluegrass bands in the country, Arkansauce, playing in downtown Springdale at Walter Turnbow Park at Shiloh Square on Emma. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. The address there is:

Ace Pot:
Since we are finishing at different courses and at different times, if no one hits the Ace Pot, we are going to add that money to the payout. There will be no Ace Pot throw off.

Raffle:
We have a HUGE raffle going on to help offset the cost of this event. We are giving away 100 discs, (some very valuable ones) a 1 of 1 Dynamic Discs Sniper Bag, and a brand new portable Latitude 64 Pro Competition basket. You can purchase raffle tickets at the DDNWA store. The raffle will be drawn live on our Facebook page on Tuesday November, 17th. You do not have to be present to win!
