All players competing in the A-Tier must be current PDGA members. If you have not renewed your membership or joined the PDGA, please do so before April 29. After the PDGA rating update in the second week of April, we will shuffle players into appropriate divisions if their ratings preclude them from the original division they signed up to play.

Camping will NOT be allowed at Jones Park. Please view alternate lodging and camping options at https://dynamicdiscsopen.com/lodging.

The Champions Landing DGC is closed to everyone except DGPT players from Saturday, April 27 through Sunday, May 5. This is because the DGPT players need to practice the course and have dedicated warmup areas throughout the week.

Please park in the east gravel lot, off Lincoln St. Please park in the west paved lot off Prarie. Do not park where the blue DD cones are located.

Peter Pan Park
South Congress and Kansas St
There is a designated parking lot at Peter Pan Park.

Refund policy

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
1. Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
2. Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check-in. ID required.
3. Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
4. Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
5. Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus the $1.34 processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.

Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or submitted through Disc Golf Scene.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ
Any cancellation before March 1st will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee.

Cancellations in March will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you may choose between a 50% cash refund or a 65% refund in merchandise credit to www.dynamicdiscs.com.

Cancellations from April 1st to April 16th will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you may choose between a 25% cash refund or a 40% refund in merchandise credit to www.dynamicdiscs.com.

Cancellations after April 16th will receive a full cash refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.

Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
